CLUSTERS Innovum Ltd. is responsibile for managing the Havaria Cluster of Environment and Health Technology. Our corporation co-operates with couple of Hungarian and foreign clusters in consultancy, research and network development fields. It is member of the Hungarian Information Technology Cluster and the certified ArchEnerg Cluster. Together with the ArchEnerg Cluster, the Adult Training and Service Network in the Carpathian Basin and the Central Hungarian Innovation Centre the Havaria Cluster founded the SEBiT: Southeast European Business Development, Innovation and Training Network which covers five European countries. Hungarian Innovation Cluster, Havaria Cluster of Environment and Health Technology Our organization founded as Hungarian Innovation Cluster in 2006. We get good practices based on foreign experiences before Hungarian Cluster Programme. There was 13 SME founders following bottom-up strategy. The membership was available without an industrial sector constraint based only on technological innovation. Our members have various profile from every quarter of the whole country. The corporations joined us which realised that without constant innovation there is no improvment, they will lost their vantage and position. In 2008 the Cluster made a decree about forming of a new profile, establishment of four workgroups and delegations of the group leaders. Some former members works with organisation as external partners or service providers in the future. Today 24 regular member and 9 service provider forms our organisation. Name of the organisation have changed as the successor of Hungarian Innovation Cluster to Havaria Cluster of Environment and Health Technology. Innovum Ltd. as the founder of the Cluster participates in team work from the begining. To be able to supply managements tasks it became independent entity. Based on new regulation it contributes as an external organisation in the future. Their tasks: coordinating co-operational technological investments, tranports, marketing (ads, leaflets, catalogues, exhibitions), setting up the joint development and positioning on market, market research and informing the members by mail lists, forums and web pages. We started our tender consultancy service in 2006. Nowdays we would like to give assistance to all the companies beside cluster members. We can bear a hand for: Our financial partner could help angeling the project. We work conditional fee based. The applicant does not have any charge in advance.
